Ever since being diagnosed a year ago..I have been getting migraine type headaches..sometimes lasting 2/3 days..I have been for scans and eye tests ..but nothing wrong...can it be medication? Anyone else suffer headaches?
Also coffee intake and high caffeine drinks. Stay away from diet pop as it has chemicals that can trigger migraines. Just thinking about a friend of mine who has them when the chinooks come ablowin' in Calgary. Terrible!
Have you changed your diet and included more tomatoes? This could cause migraines.
I have been getting headaches for a long time (at least months) and I mean every day I wake up with one and nothing I have tried has taken will make it go away. My dr has referred me to a specialist so that dr can run some tests on me to see what is going on.
I know with my fibromyalgia I get all kinds of headaches but my headaches are not going anywhere and they are driving me crazy. When I cry because of the pain the headache gets worse but I do cry a lot more than I used to.
I would say that your blood sugars are an issue, especially with the headaches and also your vision. I know it sounds weird; I was having the same problem and I started to track my blood sugars twice a day; early am and late pm before bed and more than 2 hours after dinner. Also take lots of water......if you live in a state where there are large weather/system changes, you may be having seasonal migraines.
I get headaches wen my blood sugars go low. Stress causes too 😆
