Does Anybody Else Get Numbness In Their Mouth
A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

I have been T2 for about a year and am on 1000mg Metformin daily. Every so often I wake up in the morning and my mouth and tongue are numb as if I have just left the dentist. It takes about 48 hours to get back to normal.
Anyone else come across this ?

Not me been on metformin a year. No problems. Hope you have seen your doctor since. Sounds like they might have to knock it down to 500g. Good luck. Keep us posted dear.
