Welcome to the group Ken. I'm from Montreal! Love the jersey! Go Habs go!

My feet and hands are always so cold. I am new to Diabetes but I have poor circulation, which I think is the Diabetes, so yours is probably that too, but maybe ask your doctor.

I think so, my too, at times is cold. My mom was diabetic and her fingers - not hands - were always cold, so I think that is the common denominator.

try using a stress ball to improve circulation in your hands. My ands were always cold until my pharmasist sufggested the stress ball. I was even wearing gloves in bed at night they were so cold.
