Over the last few months, I have been having episodes of dizziness. All of a sudden I feel woozy and light headed, like I'm going to fall over. Occasionally, the episodes have triggered an anxiety attack. This past week, I had 3 of them within 5 days, once while I was sitting down. My episodes like yours is dehydration or low iron. I have taught myself to turn to get out of the car, sit for a minute then raise slowly to give my body as chance to adjust and then go. This has worked pretty well.

If you have vertigo maybe a middle ear infection I would get the doctor to check out ears, iron and dehydration.

I have these symptoms just before anxiety attack also, comes with no warning. I had all kinds of tests done. Inner ear can cause this, but wasn't it for me. Talk to Dr. ....I still suffer, mine is anxiety. Very scary, but you can get threw it! STAY STRONG..😍

get your b12 checked...the glugofauge..causes it it sapps the b12 out of your body

dizziness can also be caused by low Iron levels, also high or low blood sugar or blood pressure, look into these and eliminate each at a time by tests from your GP.
