Change your diet to Low Carb ..... there are many FB pages that will help you. Its the carbs that you are eating that causes high blood sugars

I watch what I eat, am very strict on myself, but my blood sugars never drop to below 14. I am on 48 units of humalog mix 50 with breakfast, 12 units at lunch anf 48 at night again. I am desperate to find a way to bring the blood sugars within normal range.
