So i just had my blood results again and still no different there at 63 not in feb 2016 they where 66 .

whats next i really am trying my best to cut down on sugar but i cant without feeling absolutely rubbish

Look to LCHF websites for their dessert menus. It is all surprisingly good and while I modify a lot of the recipes (no cake needs 6 eggs or those super heavy oils lol), you do not necessarily have to. Most of the treats come in under 5 grams of carb per serving (so FREE), but you will have to put in a little bit of work to make them.

Good treat... 2 graham crackers, lite or sugar free cool whip, frozen hard. Scoop cool whip like ice cream and make a healthy "ice cream" sandwich!

you can eat all the sugar free jello you want. That way you feel like you've eaten something that is kind of sweet.
