A DiabetesTeam Member asked a question 💭

If I leave eating my next meal 30 minutes later I get very shaky and lightheaded. How long can you leave it between meals?

You should take your shot and eat no later than 15 minutes later. I take shots for type 2 not pills

@A DiabetesTeam Member; check your blood sugar regularlyregularly to avoid taking a shot when your reading is low. Lightheadedness & exhaustion are symptoms of Hypoglycemia. Consult your Dr for a chechup.

Snacking between meals is an answer. Have ie, an apple, it will sustain you until the next meal. See a Dietician to help you with other foods you can use as your snacks.

Shaky & lightheadedness are symptoms of Hypoglycemia. See your Dr about reducing your doses. All that it means is that there's more Insulin & less/depleted sugar to burn.
