I Have Very Limited Idea Of How To Read Labels.

I don't see where or if I can post a picture of the nutritional facts with this comment so if I can't, I will post a picture with comments or on my profile. 😖🙂🙃

News flash: Processed foods are not your best answer here. You shouldn't be signed up for zero to low fat either. Your best healthy fats are Olive oil, Coconut oil, and real butter. Who ever told you to eat "low fat" is not giving you the best information. Your body needs healthy fats. Your skin, hair, brain function need healthy foods and fats and these are not found in a box or package on a grocery store shelf.
Shop only the outer perimeter of the store; fruits, veggies, meat, eggs, dairy.

Here in Australia, Diabetes and their state affiliates have sessions that teach people how to read labels. We need to remember the higher it is on the label the greater the content for example if on the label top three things are sugar, carbs, sodium then they are the highest content in that food. We need to see no more than 5grams of sugar in every 100 grams of the food...this is very important..

@A DiabetesTeam Member Hey! before you know it, the way you are eating, you will have to change your name to "Sugarsdown"....won't that be nice?? :-)

If you test to your meter even whole grain bread and most fruit other than berries will send most people BS sky high. Better to not eat them at all unless you have tasted and know what they do to you
