I get that feeling every now and then as well. Did it work for you? I am on Glucaphage XR500.

Well today is day 5 on Metformin and I do feel much better, As far as the fog feeling. And got a reading of 131 when I woke. Down from the 200's. How's your med working for you?

Sugars rise naturally during the night or u may not be on the right kind of metformin also every diabetic is different what one person experiences another person won't, I've never experiences this situation.
