Hi Aaron, I found a product at Walmart in the Diabetes section of over the counter products, beside the Dex 4 tabs. It is called Neurogen. It is a homeopathic oil that you mix 3-4 drops with a carrier oil I use argan oil and massage in. It smells pretty flowery but as I only use it at night it doesn't matter that much. They also have a Diabetic foot cream that I have tried. It doesn't soften my feet as much as the argan oil that I use, but it did a pretty good job at taking the tingles away. I don't get tingles all the time but when I do it is nice to have something that works without being drugs.

I told my sister to use Tiger Balm with her pain. It did help her.

I'm the same way! I can not go to sleep when they are hurting that bad and often times will go outside and put them on the cold deck. That is the ONLY thing I like about winter.
