Talk to your Doctor

There are some really good seasonal allergy shots that work well for the more common allergies

Not Breathing until mid-summer would also work but not really a good option 😁

I know my boys allergy specialist told me not to hang their laundry on the clothesline because of pollen. A simple thing that helps. 🙂

I have lost approx 100lb. and was taken off all diabetic meds so they no longer interfere with other meds. However, I am still on most of my heart meds, sone of which interfere with antihistamines. The pharmasist suggested a low doe antihistamines and start taking them daily, start taking them approx 2 wk before allergy season.

I would advise seeing an allergist or ENT for severe allergies. In addition to desensitizing tests and shots, sometimes surgery is done. I recently had nasal surgery to open up or widen my nasal passages, to help me breath at night, and it has felt like a miracle cure. I really regret that I didn't see an ENT years earlier. Instead, my family doc kept giving me antibiotics and prednisone, over and over. My experience is that primary care docs aren't equipped to dx and treat serious allergy/sinus problems.
