Yes, but it depends on which Sugar Alcohol you are talking about

Erythritol has Zero Net Carbs in any quantity Maltitol, which is also higher GI, has Net Carbs equal to 1/2 of it's carb content in grams

There are dozens of Sugar Alcohols (also listed sometimes as Polyols) and they are not all equal in either carbs in similar quantities or GI number
